paintings in progress
I have been painting away, insipred by photos and sketches I have made in and of Lesotho. My fan has to work overtime to stir the hot air this summer! I am painting with oil on canvas, on a smaller scale than my last paintings. I can market them at a better price and I think smaller things are more practical for today’s homes. The watercolours below are requests from some of the staff at the Semonkong Lodge. Victor wants a painting of himself and Elizabeth wants a painting of her house! Lets hope they come out well.

Last day at Tembaletu for 2012
Today was my last day for this school year at Tembaletu school.
I told the kids a folk tale about a very proud peacock, the drawings of peacocks are oil pastels.
