We had a very interresting and satisfying workshop last Saturday morning making cubist still lives.
We drew our still life a few times keeping the lines simple and clear. Then we cut the drawings into irregular pieces.
Lastly we re-assembled the line drawings of the still lives in a slightly disjointed way and glued the pieces on to another sheet.
Finally we re-drew the collage of the pieces of the still life drawings on to a black sheet of A3 paper. The final chalk pastel drawings on black paper looked great!
